Returns Policy

How to Start a Return 

For a PRO Member: Sign in to Your Account and go to the Order History page. Select Order to start the return process.

For a Guest: Click Track My Order, then enter email address and order number to start the return process.

Our Return Policy 

Products can be returned up to a maximum of 90-days after the date of purchase. All returned products must have been purchased through WeSupplyTrades.com, the products must be new, unused and in the original packaging. WeSupplyTrades must receive the returned products within the 90-day time period. Products are not eligible for return once they've been installed. We do not accept returns on items if the box or bag quantity has been opened. All returns must follow the Return Procedure set forth below. Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment.  

We do not accept returns on non-returnable products (as defined below) once the order is placed; however, the manufacturer’s warranty does apply to these products. If you need help with a non-returnable item, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] or call 1-855-793-7877.

Restocking Fee 

Sign up for a PRO account and get additional advantages! No restocking fee (*must have a PRO account at time of purchase).

10% Restocking Fee for Guests. 

Return Shipping

If you have ordered the wrong product or no longer want the product you ordered, you are responsible for the return shipping cost and 10% restocking fee.

If the product is returned due to damage during shipping or the incorrect product was shipped to you, free return shipping will apply. Replacement product(s) will be shipped at no charge for shipping if authorized by our customer support team.

Ordered the Wrong Product

If you ordered the wrong product or no longer want the product you ordered, you can start a return.

Received a Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive damaged or defective products, you must notify our customer support team within 90-days of receipt and start a return. For replacement, we can place a new order for the replacement products and ship them out to you as soon as possible. You will be refunded the full amount of the purchase price of the original product(s) ordered when we receive your return. To place a replacement order, you can order online or contact customer support for assistance in ordering.  

Received Incorrect Products (Not What You Ordered)

In the event we send you the incorrect product(s), you must notify our customer support team within 90-days of receipt and start a return. For replacement, we can place a new order for the replacement products and ship them out to you as soon as possible. You will be refunded the full amount of the original product(s) you ordered and original shipping costs when we receive your return.

Return Procedure

  • Use our online return process to create a return.
  • Print UPS shipping label.
  • Pack the product(s) securely in the original product packaging.
    • Include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
    • All returned products must be new, unused and in their original packaging.
    • Do not write on or place shipping labels directly on manufacturer packaging.
    • Returned products will be inspected upon arrival. Your return may be denied if the items included are not in the same condition stated on the return form.  
    • The return process usually takes 4-5 business days. You can track the status of your return at any time by contacting customer support.
  • Affix UPS shipping label to box and drop off at UPS store or schedule pick up.
  • A refund will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 4–5 business days of our receipt of the returned product(s). 

Unreturned Products

Products included on the Return Request that are not physically included in the return package sent to our return center will not be refunded. We reserve the right not to issue a refund for products not included in the return (to the original form of payment) due to the missing material. We will attempt to contact you via email and/or telephone regarding the missing materials. After 45 days, the Return Request for the non-returned item(s) will be canceled.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled after the order has been placed. You can set up a return and send the product back with a return form within 90 days. You can set up your return by using our online return process. The customer is responsible for the order’s initial shipping charges and the shipping charges associated with the return.

What qualifies as a “Non-Returnable” product:

WeSupplyTrades designated certain products as Non-Returnable, which are exempt from our standard return process. If you require assistance with a non-returnable product, please reach out to our customer support team for support.
