Description
The Broan-NuTone® 641 Aluminum Wall Cap is a robust, easy-to-install vent for exhaust fans (bathroom, range hood, rec room, home gym, etc.). This cap provides reliable ventilation and features both a back draft damper and welded bird screen, preventing outside air from entering the home or birds and small pests from entering duct work. The back draft damper is spring loaded and features a padded damper zone, which reduce noise from wind induced chatter. Compatible with 6" ducting. Not suitable for dryer venting.- Equipped with a spring loaded backdraft damper and bird screen to keep nests and small animals on the outside
- Overall size showing on the surface is 9 sq-in with a 5-1/2 in hood and a 1-1/4 in L attachment collar for 6 in round ductwork (not for use with dryer venting)
- For 6 in round duct for range hoods and bath ventilation fans
- Wall cap is made of 22 ga CRCQ steel construction with a 0.025 natural aluminum finish for durability and long life
