The Battery Powered Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Detector (2-AA batteries included), model 900-CUDR, is equipped with self-testing components that are always checking to make sure the alarm is on and working.* This smoke and carbon monoxide detector combo helps protect you and your family from 2 dangerous threats – fire and carbon monoxide (CO) – in one device. Additionally, the included mounting bracket makes installation quick and easy. Battery-powered smoke detectors, like this model, provide reliable detection even during power outages, for extra peace of mind.

  • One-Touch Button - Unique cat-eye button on the face of the detector performs the following functions: Activates the Hush feature to temporarily silence nuisance alarms. Tests the unit’s electronics and verifies proper operation. Resets the carbon monoxide smoke detector combo during a CO alarm (Unit will re-enter alarm within 6 minutes of reset if 70ppm or more of CO is present). Silences a low battery chirp for up to 24 hours at a time for a maximum of 7 days. Silences the end of life chirp on this carbon monoxide detector and smoke alarm for up to 24 hours at a time for a maximum of seven days.
  • *Self-testing is not a substitute for a manual push test of the alarm. Perform a button test once per week to verify proper alarm operation
